Application Form and Information

Applications are received on a quarterly basis. Project proposals must be received on or before the following deadlines to be considered for funding:

• First Quarter Deadline: January 15
• Second Quarter Deadline: April 15
• Third Quarter Deadline: July 15
• Fourth Quarter Deadline: October 15

Funding decisions for each quarter will be made within two months of the proposal deadline for that quarter (e.g. Decisions for the 1st quarter will be made by March 15th).

For projects that are approved, funding will commence upon project details being finalized and the completion of funding agreements.

As the objectives of the CCMDC dictate, the CCMDC may solicit applications from appropriate individuals or organizations.
